5th Anniversary Review

5th Anniversary Review

December 12, 2017 Anne Bell 0

As we come to the end of our 5th Anniversary Year it’s a good time to step back and reflect on God’s goodness to us.  We have so much to thank and praise Him for:

  • In total nearly £3500 has been raised through a wide range of activities, from recycling old clothes to sponsored events, to a quiz night.
  • We have been able to hold our first Week of Prayer and have put together more resources to help our supporters pray for us.
  • In October we held a Thanksgiving Service to praise Our Heavenly Father for every way he has protected, guided and provided for us over the past five years. Especial thanks go to our Patron, John Tindall, who gave a challenging and inspiring message about generosity (a recording is available for those who may not have been able to attend).

Thank you to everyone who has played a part in making this a special year to remember. We hope that you will all continue to walk with us as we look to the future with prayerful confidence; trusting that God will to enable us to continue sharing the love of Jesus with vulnerable adults.
