We can offer help to anyone between the ages of 18 and 25, who find themselves in need of a little extra support and care for what ever reason.
As we are starting out and have limited resources we won’t be able to help everyone who needs it just yet. However, we will assess each individual case referred to us with a view to helping as many as possible.
We are able to support people who find themselves in need of a helping hand for many different reasons. It may be that they are homeless or dealing with a disability or learning difficulty. It might be that they are dealing with the stigma of being an ex offender or perhaps they are recovering from an addiction or a mental health issue.
We also realise that those who have recently left care and young people with difficult backgrounds may suddenly find themselves taking on adult responsibilities, like living alone and early parenthood and we are keen to offer the support they may not find elsewhere.
Whether you need help yourself or know someone who does; please contact Pete Mountford on 07958 217 933 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a referral form.
