Our work divides into two areas:

Group Activities
We run a range of group activities. These are a combination of therapeutic and practical workshops where we learn and have fun together. This a space where vulnerable adults can build friendships, grow in confidence, and feel part of a community in a safe and welcoming environment..
Our activities include:
- Gardening
- Arts & Crafts
- Cooking Workshops
- Walking Group
- Online Quizzes
- Board/Card Game Drop In

Individual Mentoring
Most of the people we support need extra help when life is challenging. This might be because of a change in situation, for example when moving home, dealing with debts or coping with a difficult family situation.
We try to be there for everyone we support no matter what they are going through.
This might mean that we help with:
• Filling in forms
• Attending appointments
• Teaching self-care skills, e.g. cooking or cleaning
• Working with a budget
• Achieving goals and ambitions
• Learning IT skills
• Living a healthier lifestyle
• Finding training courses
• Accessing mental health support
• Learning basic DIY skills
• Or just being available to listen at the end of a phone call.
