Individual Support

Befriending and Mentoring

Many of the people we support do not have the confidence to take part in group activities. Others need extra help when their life situation changes for example when moving home, dealing with debts or coping with difficult family situations. We try to be there for everyone we support no matter what they are going through.

Individual Support Could Mean:

Meeting up for coffee
Help with shopping
Filling in paperwork
Decorating a new flat
Support managing benefits
Help attending health appointments
Dealing with debts
Teaching basic life skills
…or just being at the other end of a phone to listen.

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,

for the rights of all who are destitute.

Speak up and judge fairly;

defend the rights of the poor and needy.
