Planning for the Future

The need for our work is increasing and we would love to be able to do more to support more vulnerable adults. One of the biggest limiting factors for us as an organisation, is that we do not have our own base to work from. We run all of our activities either in local community centres, churches or at our gardening project (where we are limited by not having proper facilities, e.g. toilets and running water available).

We have already raised over £100,000 towards this goal of buying or building a HUB Centre where we can base ourselves from.

Having our own building will give us a home; a place where we can:
o Run a full programme of activities throughout the week.
o Provide individual support in a safe and relaxing setting.
o Be found by beneficiaries if they need our help.
o Build a community, where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.”

Matthew 10 v 27

We had thought we might be able to build our HUB at our current Gardening Project site, but this is looking less certain. We are currently exploring other options and are open to suggestions.  Please contact us if you know of a space that we might be able to use.
