JCM has become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO)

There are different ways you can structure a charity in the UK – up until now we have been a Charitable Trust.  However, CIOs are the Charity Commission’s preferred organisational structure and they are a more appropriate structure for a growing charities.  We hope that by changing over we will be better equipped and able to develop what we do, particularly with the new Gardening Project.
